THE THREE PHASES TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHANGE

PHASE ONE: FITNESS

New Workouts Everyday.

We will guide you through a one hour strength and conditioning workout. You have access to UNLIMITED CLASSES.  The best part is you will also have access to our fully equipped gym. Our workouts are the perfect combination to lose body fat, tone up, and build muscle. All while improving blood pressure and overall health.

PHASE TWO: NUTRITION

 

You will sit down with our in house nutritionist and come up with your own custom meal plan. Based off of your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We will teach you along the way about what is best for your specific body type, so you can continue seeing results even after the 7 days.

Recipe Ideas & More
 We will help you come up with ways to enjoy your favorite foods but with healthier recipes that not just you but your family can enjoy too, including a full cook book. There is even an on the go menu in case you need suggestions while you are out and about.

PHASE THREE: ACCOUNTABILITY

 

Direct Line of Contact

Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also be able to contact our coaches whenever you need help,tips, advice, or just someone to give you extra encouragement. You too will receive body-fat caliper readings at the beginning and at the end of your challenge. We are here to help this be the easiest lifestyle transition. Our coaches will also CHECK-IN WEEKLY to congratulate you on your success and keep you on track. We track your progress to help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus, and keep seeing results  far past 7 days.
