Monday-Thursday 

5 AM, 6 AM, 8 AM

4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 8 PM 


Working out in a new place can be intimidating. We ensure a positive judgement free environment where you feel like family.  

Our workouts are set for you to work at your own pace within a group training atmosphere. We have every level from beginner to advanced and the best trainers to push and encourage you to kill your workouts. 💪🏻

How should I prepare for my first class?

Bring water or a bottle/cup. We do have a water fountain and small cups, but it’s always nice to have your own. 💧

If desired, bring a sweat towel. We only provide paper towels, but you are more than welcome to use them as well 💦

Arrive 5-10 minutes early to meet your coach and briefly go over your fitness goals ⏰

 

 

 

After my first workout

We dedicate one day a week to yoga and mobility, but after each class your coach will guide you in some stretching and tissue work with a foam roller. 🧘‍♀️

Be sure you are drinking your recommended water intake to stay hydrated as well as help flush out bad toxins in your body. 💧
